Before placing an advert please take a few moments to follow the simple process below, at this stage we strongly recommend you complete the form and payment correctly to avoid making a mistake and losing your money:
DURATION OF ADVERT – Select the preferred period of the advert e.g. 1 week then click on the 'Buy Now' button which will take you to the Pay Pal page.
PAY PAL PAGE – Complete the Pay Pal page including payment and when you have finished you will be issued with a Transaction ID (combination of letters and numbers). Please correctly take note of the Transaction ID as this will be required for the next stage. Once payment has been made please click on the Return to Merchant link at the bottom of the page which will take you to the form.
FORM – Fully complete the form remembering to attach at least 1 photo or a maximum of 5 photos. Any form submitted without at least 1 photo will be rejected without a full or partial refund. Please ensure that the Transaction ID issued by Pay Pal is submitted and quoted correctly at the bottom of the page as it is your proof of payment.
FORM - REQUIRED FIELDS – The following fields MUST be completed or the form will not be submitted - First Name, Surname, First Line of Address, Postcode, Contact No, Include minimum of 1 photo.
· Remember to leave contact details in your advert for people to contact you.
· Do ensure that the photos you send in are clear and show your property in the best light.
· Each photo sent in should be in JPEG and should be no bigger than 450KB in size.
· Do provide as much description of the property as possible.
· Once the form has been completed click on the Submit Form button.
· Your advert will be uploaded onto our site within 8 hours.
