  • All payments are collected and processed by PayPal so you can be rest assured that your payments/card details are safe and secure.
  • Those without a PayPal account can still make a payment with their debit/credit card.
  • The placement and payment of an advert must be made at the same time.
  • Please note your telephone number and/or email address will be published in the advert as a point of contact.
  • Your house or flat number will not be published.
  • All adverts sent in MUST include a minimum of 1 photo or up to a maximum of 5 photos, any advert sent without at least 1 photo will be rejected without a full or partial refund.
  • We would also recommend that the more photos you submit hopefully the more responses you will receive as ‘a picture can say more than a thousand words’ plus ‘you will never get a second chance to make a first impression.’

FORM – Fully complete the form remembering to attach at least 1 photo or a maximum of 5 photos. Any form submitted without at least 1 photo will be rejected. 

FORM - REQUIRED FIELDS – The following fields MUST be completed or the form will not be submitted - First Name, Surname, First Line of Address, Postcode, Contact No, Include minimum of 1 photo.

·   Do leave contact details in your advert for people to contact you e.g. telephone number and/or email address. 

·   Do ensure that the photos you send in are clear and show your property in the best light.

·   Each photo sent in should be in JPEG and should be no bigger than 450KB in size.

·   Do provide as much description of the property as possible.

·   Once the form has been completed click on Submit Form button. 

·    Your advert will be uploaded onto our site within 8 hours.
